The Process and Services are Listed Below

1. Once your special event arrives, you will ship or drop off your flowers ( if you are local) to me following the shipping instructions. Once I receive your flowers I will begin the drying process which takes approximately 2-3 weeks. Once your flowers are dried, you will be put in queue for the piece that you picked to be created. This is when an invoice will be sent to you. The entire process can be up to 16 weeks depending on how big your order is.

Can you use already dried flowers?
  1. Yes, I can use already dried flowers. The way I receive your flowers is how your piece is going to look. The fresher the flowers the more colorful. However, if you have had your bouquet for a few years I can still create something with it.
Reservations

I ask that you make a reservation with me between 4-6 month prior to your event. I can only make so many pieces a month. If I am fully booked that week I will not accept last minuteย  orders.

Will the resin art last over time?

It is important to keep your pieces out of direct sunlight. Sunlight can ruin the resin by turning it yellow. Keep it away from heat, which could ruin the resin as well. I would suggest avoiding placing the pieces in windows as well as mantles above fireplaces that are used frequently.

What happens with my leftover flowers?

I normally keep the left over flowers for inventory. However, if you wish to keep your left over dried flowers, I can ship them back to you with your final piece but for additional $20.00.

How far out in advance should I book a reservation?

I suggest booking with me 4-6 months prior to your event to hold your spot in my calendar, especially during the busier wedding months ( April-November)

Do you ship internationally?

At the moment I do not.

Do you accept returns?

Custom items and reservations are nonrefundable.
